Genevieve is a vocalist & songwriter who has co-written and been featured on over 75 albums in the span of her music career.

Currently best known for her daily music video show on the Disney Channel, "Choo Choo Soul", the artists' talent reaches across all genres.

Most of her early album features are on hip-hop projects on the west coast. She started building a network based off of these features, which brought her into singing in Jazz clubs, Freestyling at hip-hop shows, and eventually meeting producers who would end up producing various projects with the vocalist. Working with Gennessee of Noble House Records and fellow artist and songwriter Cait La Dee, Genevieve continued to develop her style with strong R&B and hip-hop influence. Producer Roland Apikelis produced an album with Genevieve after meeting her in a session and the duo toured the west coast with their Neo-Soul/R&B/trip-hop group LEGATO.

While working on these various music projects,

Genevieve also entered into the world of video game voice-overs.

Her resume now includes a colorful variety of animation and commercial work, for notable companies such as Lucas Arts, Sega, X-Box, Hello Kitty and cutting edge toy projects for major educational game company, Leapfrog.

It was the voice-over industry that led Genevieve into what would be the biggest project in her career to date.

Playhouse Disney's "Choo Choo Soul" was created by video game developer Greg Johnson after voiceover sessions in which Genevieve suggested singing her lines rather than speaking them. With the involvment of Burke Trieschmann, the audio lead on the game project, the three partners completed a revolutionary children's CD that parents could also enjoy. The hip beats, soulful vocals, beatboxing, and educational content caught Disney's attention and the project was picked up and tested on television. The response was phenomenal and after the release of Choo Choo Soul's music on iTunes (walt disney records) Genevieve and her co-star "DC" headed out on a tour in late 2007. With the growing fanbase Disney Channel decided to embark on Series Development and is currently in the proces. The group embarked on their first major tour in Summer of 2008 after filming 5 new videos for the channel.

**UPDATE~~** Genevieve has spent much of her time in 2008 writing musical curriculum for a new school in China. "Disney English" opened to many happy students in September of 2008 in Shanghai. Genevieve works with the team at Disney Publishing worldwide to create original songs and chants based on the vocabulary lessons learned each week in the school. Her songs and chants not only focus on the target language, but use actual Disney properties to support them, such as a song about Peter Pan, The Incredibles, etc. The amazing technology at the school uses interactive white-boards to teach with animation and moving graphics. Hats off to Disney for delivering a bit of Magic to the Children of China, and inspiring them to "Speak with the World"! Genevieve is excited and proud to be a part of this magic.

Genevieve's first first solo album entitled "Diversity Personified" under her own Label,"Vibe Street Records" was released in 2008. Since its release two of the songs from her album have been featured on television; ABC and MTV primetime. Her publishing Company, "Viva La Vocals Music" is making waves in the industry with it strong catalogue of songs for artists ranging from R&B to Rock. Along with her songwriting skill she also spends her time in studio sessions with those she writes for singing backgrounds and assisting in vocal production.

DIVERSITY PERSONIFIED:

"With a smooth and honest R&B singing style paired with Hip-hop and conscious lyrical content, this album brings upbeat dance songs as well as deep ballads to succumb to any mood. Nearly every track on the album features live musicians mixed with hard-hitting beats. Fans of all ages and all musical tastes have come to appreciate her universal sound."
