Generation Mongoloid formed in april 2005 in a pub near Bologna, Italy. Mauri and Riki played together since a long time and the love for Psychobilly made them meet Mattia at a show and suddenly they decided to put up a band. They like old bands like Batmobile, Guana Batz, Frantic Flintstones, Krewmen, Meteors and so long that make their sound pretty familiar to the roots of the genre. After a couple of month they managed to open Evil Devil's italian new album release party and done their best deserving since then a quite following. In march 2006 they opened Frantic Flintstones gig in Reggiolo with Evil Devil (6th Bloody Moonlight). Friends organised new shows and still do it!
In May 2006 they managed to record their first album in 3 days, and they released it on 16th sept. 2006 playing with The Tony Montanas in Bologna. Generation Mongoloid also appeared on Psychobilly Sampler Vol. 3 by Fury Records.
In September 2007 the band appears live for the first time in Germany to support Evil Devil and Batmobile show at Libella (Altenmarkt)!
During 2008 the band has played some shows in Italy and another time in Switzerland,supporting some bands like Calamitiez('07),Griswalds,Henry and the Bleeders and the Caravans.



THE NEW CD "Psychos from the fog" was released in May 2009 for Billy's Bones Records!!
During 2009, the band toured again Italy to promote the new album, from Genoa to Rome, and in November '09, Generation Mongoloid has played a gig in Spain with Calamitiez,DR and Banane Metalik at the Psychobilly Circus near Barcelona.
2010 was another year of concerts, nights full of alcohol, sickness, and in December one great gig in Croatia (Zagreb) at the fantastic OpenYourLegs Festival #2.
Now after several broken bones (two ribs, one ankle and one foot), the Generation Mongoloid are working hard on new songs for a new album!!
