G.Chill was born and raised in North Gulfport on the Coast of Mississippi. The 26 year old rapper turned entrepreneur began putting together rhymes at the age of 13. Teen dances and home-recorded songs were his only musical outlet until 2001 when he signed a contract with a local record label as a part of the group 4th Down. In 2002 he was a part of his first studio recorded album when the label released their first compilation. The album turned many heads towards 4th Down and the streets were ready to hear the group on its own. 2003 saw the release of 4th Down's own album entitled "Instant Replay", but due to unforeseen circumstances the album did not receive the promotion it deserved. Later that year he parted ways with the label and 4th Down to set his sights even higher.

He decided that he would form his own label, sign his own artists, and put out his own material to try to make a name for himself in the new music industry that is so much about what you can do for yourself. Indisputed Records was founded in 2003 immediately making an impact on the local music scene. That Fall the label released its first project "Coast Guard Vol. 1" to many positive reviews. 2004 saw a lot of success come in the form of the first Indisputed Records-sponsored concert and several mixtapes including "Episode 1: Just Chill" and "Episode II: Im Hot In These Streets".

In 2005, after releasing his third solo mixtape "A Cold Winter", he signed a management contract with Krooked Coast Management to help further his career and get closer to realizing his goal. From that point on major moves were made, starting with a showcase for Sony Records and Warner Brothers and also the controversial mixtape “Takin Shots” which gained major local attention . With that being a success he hit the road for the Summer moving major mixtape units in Pensacola, Tallahassee, Gainesville, Orlando, and Miami Florida, Atlanta, and New Orleans. The later part of the year saw him release "G.Chill AKA The Mixtape Murderer" and make his presence felt on the Street Clout Records mixtape "Ghostwriters" in the midst of recovery from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.

Keeping things moving in a positive direction, 2006 saw even more success come his way. He gained more recognition by opening for artists such as B.G., Juvenile, Young Dro, P$C, and others.

Now, in 2008, G.Chill is ready to take it to the next level with the release of a new mixtape titled “Tha Mixtape Murdarer” with DJ Brad from the Legion of Doom, his first album, and securing a major label contract in the near future.

got clout! - Its a statement not a question.
