With an internationally recognised music policy that spans the spectrum of the best in soul-based music - FunkJazz Kafé® is a festival like no other, an unscripted environment of mixed-media installations, live video mixing, turntable DJs, live percussion interaction and live painting with a backdrop of innovative music, anything (creative) goes. We create an experience that our audience of influencers appreciate and somehow correspond to our psychic and spiritual tendencies of self-mastery and expressionistic ingenuity.

We are a key element of the Atlanta music scene, introducing new artistic talents and lifestyle concepts in a creative atmosphere merging wellness, music, technology, art, fashion and multimedia as an integrated lifestyle. Proclaimed as "A Legendary Carnival of Art & Music" and "Best Performance Arts Festival" by Vibe Magazine and voted "Best Multimedia Event" in 2002 by Creative Loafing, The FunkJazz Kafé® creates one of the most anticipated and original interactive / cultural arts festivals in North America.



The FunkJazz Kafé® is a meeting of the minds, a gathering of local, national, and internationally acclaimed artists who blend their unique talents to inspire, satisfy the senses and stimulate the mind. Since 1994, we've combined the talents of artists from various spectrums of the performing arts community, some unknown - some well known, and invited them to create in an environment where all attending can feel that they are taking part in the artist's experience, from the canvas to the stage. We've been honored to host once-in-a-lifetime music settings with the icons and architects of modern soul, hip hop and pop culture such as Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Public Enemy, Jamie Foxx, Outkast, India Arie, Meshell Ndegeocello, Common, Omar, Bilal, Loose Ends, Raphael Saadiq, Goodie Mob, Van Hunt, Doug E.
