Linley Marthe Project
A master of electric and upright bass as well as piano, Linley's sound and style have made him one of the most sought-after sidemen in the world. Originally from Mauritius, he is a Paris resident since 1993. Linley was the last in a long line of great bassists (including Jaco Pastorius) to perform and record with the late, great keyboardist, Joe Zawinul. He is the first call bassist in France and has been playing with Mino Cinelu, Dave Liebman, Trilok Gurtu, Michel Portal, Richard Galliano, Paco Sery to name a few. This project is a collaboration with a great and unique drummer/singer Francis Lassus.
