Forgetting Montgomery

We often get asked how we came up with the name of our band. Well, here's the story. Zach was on a road trip with his parents back in the mid '90s. They were driving through the South when hunger struck, and struck hard. They found a Waffle House just outside of Montgomery, Alabama, and decided to stop, after all, Waffle Houses tend to be quite delicious. Long story short, Zach was so excited to eat, he jumped out of the car, not realizing the winds were topping 70 m.p.h. He lost his favorite pair of sunglasses (the ones with the mirrors on the lenses so you can see if anyone is about to mug you from behind). He was distressed for a while, but figured it was best he just forgot about his sunglasses and move on. He found this easier said than done, so he decided to just forget about Montgomery all together.
