In the summer of 2003 the schematics and construct of a dissimilar noise was portrayed by Stefan St. John in rough 4 track samples and arrangements. As time progressed the sound evolved into a darker substance and harsher material, varying from war ideologies, societies faults and man vs. machines concept. Soon after Force.is.Machine was built.

A few years later Force.is.Machine finally found and created their own sound after recording a decent amount of material. They caught the eyes of a production company from Ft. Lauderdale, Axis Chemicals. Axis eventually booked Force.is.Machine to play their first show at "Wasteland of Opportunity".

A few shows later , Force.is.Machine was in the studio and started recording the Skumbag! EP. Taking old songs and re-mastering them along with new originals. The Skumbag! EP was released in the summer of 2006 and was followed by a mini-tour, accordingly named "Aural Assault Tour 2k6" with Panzer Division and Axis Chemicals. The tour consisted of exclusive dates around Florida.
In 2007 after relocating to Orlando, FL Stefan St. John hired Kertis Abersold (Kert Rotten) for production, band management, and live keyboards. The two worked hard in the studio while touring the greater part of Florida. Soon after Force.is.Machine's second EP was released. The Eradication EP had five original songs, a remix of the single Eradication from Hexen Prozess/Die Sektor, and a 7th hidden track entitled Eigenen Blut. In support of the new Eradication EP Force.is.Machine hit the road playing shows through out Florida as well as playing shows on the west coast. The release of the Eradication EP was a big success. At the end of 2008 personal conflicts forced Kertis Abersold (Kert Rotten) to move out of state and as a result Force.is.Machine seemed to be on stand still.

On 03/27/2010 Stefan St. John (Voytek den Ouden) creator and mastermind of Force.is.Machine passed away in a accident.

In the beginning of 2012 Kertis Abersold (Kert Rotten) decided to resurrect Force.is.Machine in Stefan St. John's name. He teamed up with long time friends Steve Bowman (live Force.is.Machine keys in 08') and Crystal a.k.a Coleco. Shortly after the three hit the rehearsal studio and the bands first show back on-stage, assuring Stefan's music gets heard was the Florida Underground Industrial Music Festival 2012.
Force.is.Machine is currently active in Boynton Beach Florida and has shared the stage with numerous industrial acts such as Panzer Division, Razed in Black and FGFC820 to name a few.

Force.is.Machine is actively booking shows for 2012-2013
