FLOW PRODUCTION

Hugo Wolf, born 1. decembre 1959 in switzerland.
first music influences was in the 60s. I was listening to those woodstock festival artists
like Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Bob Dylan,Cream etc.
I bought my first guitar 1970 and I was tryin to play the blues. later I was listen to jazz
and funk like Ohio Players, Herbie Hancock, Commodores, James Brown, Marvin Gaye,
Stevie Wonder etc.
1977 I saw Bob Marley inna show in switzerland and I have decided to visit Jamaica.
so I did 1979 the first time. as everybody knows: „nobody leaves jamaica unchanged“.
since then I am in love with Reagge and all other caribean music.
1980 I bought a 4-track cassette recorder, a Korg M1 Keyboard and made my first riddims.
after a while I was tired to bounce and bounce so I bought a Harddisk-recorder.
today I work with a Mac and emagic logic.
in this time I was travelling all around: Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Mexico,
India and many places in europe
in all those years I met alot of singers like Teddy Dan, Izrah, Jacko Lion to name a few.
Later I did put my riddims in different web communities and from then my „ careers“ started.
I found people like Kris Kemist from the reality shock crew. I did some cover artwork for
an album on wich there is also a track I did with Solo Banton. (reality shoch volume 1)
also a few next singers from the reality shock family voiced some of my riddims:
Deadly Hunta, Mikey Murka, Marga, Prince Livijah etc.
further on I found Gibsy from the springline records family. he gave me the most support
and connect me to singers like Telford Nelson, Lyrikill, Steve Steppa and many more.
with my „hills riddim“ he release a benefiz album for the Alpha Boys school in Jamaica.
he also released an album with Lyrikill on a few of my riddims.
Gibsy connect me also to Dubee from Upsetta Records. I sent them my „Bomboflow riddim“
there will be a release early 2011 with a big artist line up, so stay tuned.
