Hello everybody!

For some unexplained reason you ended up here, on Flatbroke Trio's MySpace-page. but, I'm glad you did!



We are about to release 10" vinyl containing atleast 6, maybe 8 tracks.

It'll be out this summer. I hope. Anyway, we will play one gig this year and it's going to be at the MidSummer Jamboree in Finland!!



Few words about the record. It will be released by Jungle Records. Format will be 10 inch vinyl, but I'm guessing that they will release a cd version aswell.

Songs are mostly covers, but I wrote few of my own too.



And for the first time I co-wrote something. With 80-something year old grand mother in Arizona!! No kiddin'!! She wrote the words and I wrote the music and there's one song that is sung by her granddaughter Tonya Lynn!! You can hear the track on our player, song's called "Don't Look Back". There's also another brand new track from our forthcoming release, it's an old Billy Walker song "I've Got A Leaving On My Mind"

I think we did a pretty good job with the record. It was recorded live in the studio and I think it's more rockabilly this time.

We taped some "unusual" cover numbers by Morrissey and Jason Ringenberg and turned them into our style.



I am exited about this record, and I don't say that too often.
