Fixation

Fixation are a 3 Piece lyrical punk band from Littlehampton, West Sussex, fronted by Simon Dinwiddy, the holder of the "longest person on pubwatch" record in West Sussex. Their songs describe the dilemmas and triumphs of modern life in the tidal zone of society. On bass guitar is the baby-faced bed-monster from Barnham, Reuben "Butters" Wall .Richard Mayberry nails the tubs but he is rubbish at navigating and the sole reason why the band are late for everything. The music is being produced by Dave m Allen of Cure fame. He had, of course, always dreamt of discovering Elvis in a fish and chip shop.
The first single £1.99 is available to download now, out on Anglocentric records, a label set up by Jc Carroll from seminal eighties punk band The Members. First 199 people to send in a review and their i-tunes receipt will receive a free three track cd. Send to info@anglocentric.co.uk
A portion of the proceeds from the single will be donated towards the cost of a wreath to be placed at the end of the world's longest bench in Littlehampton, with the inscription, "for people who get the angst ".
