its time to stop all the talk and just Hold It Down, because Fireworkz are making the hits right about now. Fireworkz consist of producers Sean Thomas and Sie-T, and have been smashing the airwaves as Fireworkz for the last three years now. Hailing from the big LDN, both have some serious history behind them. Sean Thomas aka Sean T was back in the day one fifth of the infamous Genius Cru making his name as a DJ/Producer. This makes him responsible for hits such as Boom Selection and Course Bruv, both being Top 20 national hits. Once Genius Cru split, Sean was introduced to the up and coming talent of Sie-T a classically trained pianist and who had just graduated from university top of his class with a degree in music production. Their styles clicked immediately and Fireworkz was born.



Fireworkz unique style, and ability to produce every form of urban music, has seen them work with some of the top names in the game such as Shystie (they produced four tracks on her Polydor released debut album Diamond In The Dirt including her debut single Step Back). Theyve also worked with artists such as Duurty Goodz, Marcie Phonix & Hypa Fenn, J2K, Kele Le Roc, L.Man, Syer Bars and Doctor to name but a few. Fireworkz are also responsible for Hold It Down, featuring some of the biggest MCs in the game. Its currently one of the biggest grime tracks in the scene and was recently given the honour of being Tune of the Week on premier urban music radio station 1xtra. Another one of Fireworkz hits currently in heavy rotation is RnG masterpiece Some Other Girl, which brings the talents of legendry Kele Le Roc back to the forefront of the urban music scene.



The Fireworkz duo are currently very busy working on some big projects such as, producing the new Dubplate Drama album which will be released in conjunction with the second series of the Channel 4 smash hit show later this year, as well as working on tracks for many forthcoming album projects for artists such as Doctor and Kele le Roc as well as a lot of high-profile remix work. These big boy producers are in high demand and seem set to become one of the industries biggest names. With over half a million (and rising!) record sales to date, who can argue?? Watch this space
