Finisha

Speaking about the realities that surround him instead of glamorising negativity, U.K newcomer Finisha is one to watch out for in 2009. He is the lead MC of the U.K collective Imperial Squad which also consists of producer/artist Sir-B, rapper Brix and the C.E.O Tito.



For those who think you might recognise 18 year old Finisha, you are not deluded. He has featured on numerous underground smashes, from ‘Track Wrecka’, ‘Track Wrecka Remix’ and the overly catchy ‘Better Days’ to the latest hit ‘Just A Link’. With the buzz around him building, Finisha will continue to push Imperial Squad into the commercial scene.



Finisha, described by Rwd Magazine as 'The New Kano', laughs off the claims. 'I'm a Big fan of Kano and I knew the comparisons would come, as we are both light skinned and both spit clearly for urban artits, but I am not the New Kano. I am Finisha and I have my own style. In 2009 I aim to show people that Imperial Squad should be considered amongst the Likes of Kano and N-Dubz'. Look out for Finisha and Imperial Squad in 2009 as they look to make a huge splash on the commercial scene.
