Il gruppo nasce come Riot Under Skin nel settembre del 2001

strimpellando cover di gruppi Oi! e hardcore storici come Nabat, 4skins, Bloody

Riot. Dopo vari cambi di formazione che hanno visto l'abbandono da parte del

chitarrista, il gruppo cambia nome in Figli di Alex. Nell'Agosto 2002 abbiamo

registrato in presa diretta la prima demo, di qualità pessima. Nel dicembre

dello stesso anno esce la seconda demo con 4 pezzi tratti dalla prima per la

O.P.D. Autoproduzioni, mentre nel mese di luglio 2004 abbiamo registrato il

nostro primo full-lenght dal titolo GUERRA AGLI OPPRESSORI. Nel corso di questi

5 anni la nostra musica ha subito variazioni, come del resto tutti noi, ma

l'attitudine e la voglia di spaccare il culo sul palco resta sempre quella.

L'oi! è stato un po' abbandonato nei nostri riffs, lasciando spazio a un punk

hardcore in stile Blood for Blood, Madball, e compagnia bella! Sicuramente però

quel pizzico di 4skins resterà sempre, ormai è indelebile! Ci stiamo

preparando all'uscita del nostro secondo lavoro per la Full of Hate Records, che

in linea di massima dovrebbe essere pronto per l'inizio di quest'autunno.

The band was born aka Riot Under Skin in the september 2001, strumming on the

old Oi! and Hardcore band covers such as Nabat, 4skins, Bloody Riot. After some

line-up changes the guitar player left the band, so we decided to change the

band name in FIGLI DI ALEX (Alex sons', from the cult movie Clockwork Orange).

In August 2004 we've recorded our fist demo cd, not so good quality

unfortunately. In december of the same year came out the second demo cd with 4

tacks take straight from the first one, but with a better sound quality. In July

2004 we recorded the first Figli di Alex full lenght titled GUERRA AGLI

OPPRESSORI (War to Oppressors) 9 tracks of Oi! core no fuckin' mercy! In these 5

years our music's changed, such as ourselfs, but the attitude and the feel like

to kick ass from the stage is still the same! The Oi! sound is not like at the

start, 'cos now is more the punk hardcore influences like Blood for Blood and

Madball, but it's indelible in our hearts! We're preparing ourselfs to the new

album that should be out at the end of the autum for the Full of Hate Records.
