Fall of Empyrean was founded in 2000. Over the past decade, the band has released a self-titled demo and three full-length albums: Anhedonia (2002), A Darkness Remembered (2004), and A Life Spent Dying (2010). A Darkness Remembered and A Life Spent Dying were released worldwide by Oak Knoll Productions and Grau Records, respectively, with distribution through a number of labels, distros, and record stores. Anhedonia was re-released in 2003 by Russian label, CD-Maximum, with the self-titled demo included as bonus tracks. The band's releases have all been critically well-received, with dozens of reviews, interviews, and radio exposure throughout the world and via Internet radio.
The band is currently Richard Medina (vocals), Justin Burning (guitars), Ron Clark (guitars), Daniel Sobeck (bass), and Andy York (drums), and remains dedicated to the art of funereal metal.
