EXTINCT - attitude (trailer for OlliEWOOD SK8SHOP : the one and only true Skateshop in Luxembourg-City)

Extinct is a four-piece Steetpunk/Hardcore Punk band with a melodic touch from Luxembourg. Their sound is similar to bands (and influences) like The Unseen, Anti-Flag, The Clash, Black Flag, Srike Anywhere. Extinct is Dario Bruno on guitars and lead vocals, Daniel Casoli on guitars and vocals, Seb Manteau on bass and Jérôme Lux on drums. Extinct was founded in 2001 by Dario Bruno, Daniel Casoli, Jérôme Lux, Tun Spautz and Olivier Wolter. Tun decided to leave the band in the best interest of the other band members. This was no reason to give up the band: Dario became the singer and Dan took over the role of the back vocalist, later that year, they signed to Winged Skull Records. In 2005, Giordano (member of the Pop-Punk band Versus You) became the new bass player. Unfortunately he decided to quit the band some time later 'cause beside EXTINCT, he was member of three other bands and it was hard to find a lack of time for rehearsals. Extinct’s new bass player is called Seb Manteau who is also, with the frontman Dario member of the street rockers Nervous Chillin from Belgium’. Extinct played shows with bands like The Unseen, Leftover Crack, Stockyard Stoics, The Krays, Total Chaos, Consumed and many more. Extinct also toured in summer 2007 with the legendary Defdump throw Eastern Europe. Their debut full-length record ‘Nobody Cares, Nobody Changes’ was released in 2004 by Winged Skull Records. In 2007 they released their second album ‘Kill or be Killed’.Right now the band is writing new songs for a new album. Between 2003 and 2009 Extinct played 150 shows in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany and in Eastern Europe.
