THE EXPRESS YOURSELF BAND With decades of experience, playing and touring with the likes of Incognito, Zero 7, Gonzales, Massive Attack, The Divine Comedy, Jamiroquai and Manfred Mann, these guys know how to jam and rock a party. Consisting of Miggy Barradas (drums), Mikey Bailey (bass), James Lascelles (keys), Winston Delandro (guitar), Miguel Barradas (steel pan), Daryl Leque (congas) with regular guest appearances from the following highly talented musicians: Richard Bailey, Noel McCalla, Matt Cooper, Julien Pais, Mick Eves, Dave Clark, Joe Leader, Jake Telford, Dan Lipman and many more.You can see this amazing collective of musicians play down at the EXPRESS YOURSELF jam sessions, which take place every Sunday evening from 7.30 til midnight at Chapter One Bar, 143 Stroud Green Road, N4 3PZ.
