Exit53

Exit 53 consists of four long time friends all raised in Brenthood, Long Island NY sharing the same dream. The inspiration for the name of the band comes directly from this, the place we were raised,Exit 53 off the LIE. We have known each other for fifteen or so years, through school, friends, and other bands. About three years ago we gravitated toward each other to form this thing that we call a family, to produce songs about ourselves and experiences in life itself.

Rich holds the vocals that provides the versatility, compassion and dexterity that is the voice of Exit 53.

Roy, on the seven string, provides a punchy in your face, no joke ripping style that gives the band its dark edge. Wailing on the bass is Ed with a hardcore style. He not only provides the comic relief but also the powerful low-end rhythms that pushes the band into overdrive.

Kicking, beating, and stomping on the drums is Frank, dropping the hard hitting beats that make this operation complete. We are a real band consisting of real friends with the drive to succeed, survive and stay true and focused to why we do what we do. The music and all the people out there that still strive on real music is why we are and what we're about.
