Born in Lima, Peru and raised in Los Angeles, California - Evelio is a classically trained musician in piano and voice since the age of nine. His music has aired on corporate radio stations like 102.7 KIIS FM with Rick Dees and has worked with various artists signed to RCA and Maverick Records under the production of Dave Jerden (Jane's Addiction). Evelio is author to the dance single "Walk Away" for Matt Cerf signed to Deepblue Records featuring Jaren on vocals and his own work from his debut has landed licensing deals with Armin Van Buuren's own Armada Records (Fear of Drowning, Robert Nickson Dub). Written by Evelio and Produced by Grammy-Nominated Producers John Philip Shenale (Tori Amos, Willy DeVille) and Marta Woodhull (Children of the World, Lea Salonga of Miss Saigon), The Red Album primarily mixes ambient and IDM in a classical pop structure using electronica and acoustic processes. Evelio is now currently releasing dance and ambient remixes in a series of 4 Ep's and is selecting songs for his sophomore album, Lover's Web.
