E the poet-emcee blends emcee lyricism with

spoken-word performance creating a unique style all

his own. With his street-wise swagger and social

commentary, E the poet-emcee has captivated audiences

across the country! Coming of age in the "Golden Age"

of Hip-Hop, E found his love for words in the works of

Hip-Hop artists such as Slick Rick, Rakim, and Chuck

D. E then became part of the Spoken-word movement in

the early 90's. Drawing from his experiences with

street culture and community activism, E developed a

unique approach to spoken-word artistry that defied

tradition, hence E the poet-emcee was born!

E the poet-emcee is founder of The Torchlight Entertainment Movement and host of The Art Of Conversation every Saturday in Baltimore MD. Having

released 14 CD's of own, E is an

accomplished music producer and serves as mentor to up

and coming artists.
