Music Cares is a foundation aimed at assisting musicians with healthcare and retirement, as well as other aspects.

Invited guest musician to perform and provide musical entertainment during the benefit.

Band consisted of Marty Grebb (Clapton, Bonnie Raitt), Gary Malabar (Steve Miller band), Cliff Hugo (Ray Charles band), Joey Covington (Jefferson Airplane), Carl Verhayen (Supertramp), B.B. “Chung” King (Mick Jagger band), Scotty Page (Pink Floyd) and Eric Knudson (EKG). MANU VIRTAMO " The best part of the evening was watching Eric Knudson trade licks with B.B. Chung King during an Alman Brothers song. He's phenomenal "Eric was invited back three more times. Two to play, and one for a private dinner with the Ambassador !!

Wrote and recorded two albums and toured Europe with the legendary ANVIL. "Anvil The Anvil Story" movie was filmed during this tour. Both Phantom-X albums were recorded and produced by Sterling Winfield, known for his work with Pantera, Damage Plan, King Diamond, and Hell Yeah! STERLING WINFIELD " Eric was such an a joy to work with. His guitar tone, playing, and ease to work with really set the mood in the studio at ease. After his involvement, he made me proud to put my name on the Phantom-X albums "
