DESCRIPTION:
The young french pianist Thomas Enhco played with the well-known dutch bassist Hein Van de Geyn for the first time. The tune is "You're just a ghost" composed by Thomas Enhco. I heard that it was Thomas's friend drummer Matthieu Chazarenc who suggested them to play together. The concert at Sunside (Paris) was very exciting with a new encounter of the talented musicians who are ready to play what they hear. It was clearly not-much planned. Yet, everyone enjoyed the communication and the sound. This was recorded toward the end of the concert, and my video camera had too little charge to complete recording of this great play. I continued to record the rest with iPhone. The quality of image is not as good but I am happy that I could capture the climax of the play. All three musicians were just wonderful. Thanks a lot.
