Emily Bindiger is a NY singer who has performed on hundreds of recordings, including commercials, movie soundtracks, industrials and records, as well as concert stages worldwide. She was preparing for a career as a classical clarinetist but got sidetracked by her sister's guitar and folksong records and began playing clubs in Greenwich Village at age 14, then moved to France at 16 where she performed in musicals and on TV and released an album of original songs. She made her Broadway debut in "Shenandoah", immediately followed by the revival of "Hair", and for seven seasons she starred as "Frannie" on the Peabody Award-winning children's TV show, "The Great Space Coaster".

She also sang in the choir and was a soloist in the annual holiday fixture, the beloved "Downtown Messiah", at the much-missed Greenwich Village club, The Bottom Line.

She produced and performed on a holiday CD for popular folk artist Christine Lavin called “The Runaway Christmas Tree” to glowing reviews, and produced, co-arranged, played and sang on “The Girl I Found”, the latest CD from Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Julie Gold.
