"While Gabriel Reed's “sophisticated pop songs” cover a lot of stylistic ground, from romantic rock and electro-pop to bossa nova and modern soul, there are several defining constants: strong songcraft and undeniable melodies sung in a soulful, multi-octave voice, a voice which often draws comparisons to Jeff Buckley, Thom Yorke (Radiohead) and Brazilian pop icon Caetano Veloso.
