Eliezer was born on October 31st, 1981, in the City of Curitiba. Since a very young age, he was surrounded by all things musical. Influenced by his father and family, at the age of 6 began taking lessons in Musical Theory, taught by his father. Soon he began playing the flute….and while his friends were playing out side….he was forced to study music.

At the age of 12 he started keyboard lessons. When he turned 16 he was given his father’s guitar and began teaching himself how to play. He then realized that the guitar would be his main instrument. After only one month of playing the guitar, he then started to teach a friend how to play what he himself had learned so far. The two decided to form a band. Including a few other people, the newly formed band played in such venues as local bars, parties and even some churches that allowed them to play music from such bands as The Ramones. This lasted for about two years.
During this time, Eliezer started taking guitar lessons from local teachers and listening to guitar greats and bands such as Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Angra, Iron Maiden, Mr. Big, Extreme etc., which influenced him greatly. With his band ending and each member going their separate ways, Eliezer never stopped playing and learning. Without a band, he would even play on his home’s wall, for his neighbours, imitating Angus Young of AC/DC, and, of course, playing Back in Black.
Time passed and Eliezer was then singled out to play in a Dream Theater cover band. It was during this time Eliezer honed his technique (also playing music by Metallica and Angra, among others). This band also ended, though some members are still in the music business to this day.
Always eclectic in his musical tastes (listening to all typed of music such as Samba, Electronica and even Classical), Eliezer was soon invited to take part in a pop/rock band called Sob Suspeita, which played in the Curitiba’s (and surrounding cities) night life scene.
Eliezer always enjoyed the technical aspects of music so he began programming songs with his Yamaga PSR 510 keyboard and recording his songs on a stereo tape deck. He hooked up his keyboard in one channel and his guitar in another…and it sounded terrible. When he got his computer things started to improve and sound better. It was then he decided that his dream job would be to work in a studio. At first he was unsuccessful but never giving up, an opportunity opened up for him at Popcorn?!?, an audio producing studio. There he was an Assistant to Sergio “Serj” Buss, who had worked with Steve Vai and is a guitarist from the band Tritone (with band members including Eduardo Ardany and Frank Solari). Eliezer had always been a fan of Serj’s work so this was a fascinating time for him. After his time a Popcorn?? ended, Eliezer got his portfolio CD together with his tracks and mixed songs and sought another studio job. Successful once again, he began working at Jamute Audio, one of the most awarded and respected studios in Curitiba, where he currently holds the position of Producer, Audio Technician and works with a wonderful crew who have become his great friends.
