Not since the nostalgic days of Nat King Cole, there has been an exciting male vocalist African-American who has embarked on a goal so multicultural charisma. Timoteo originally from Dallas, Texas, now based in Long Beach, California, sings in Spanish, with great passion and conviction. The general public has enthusiastically embraced his innovative combination of music. The sound is an eclectic fusion of traditional Mexican ranchero music mixed subtle embellishments of his African-American heritage and musical interpretation as evidenced in his most recent CD recording, "Me Regalo Contigo."
In 2007, Timoteo was invited to sing a solo on stage in the concert legendary Mexican singer Vicente Fernandez, who had sold out the Stockton Arena in California before more than 10,000 fans. After singing the song "De Que Manera Te Olvido," the audience rose and applauded thunderously. The exciting performance that Timoteo gave that night, he shone brightly like a star shooting in the midnight sky.
Timoteo was featured in "Sin Barreras con Sevec" on the Telemundo television network. He served as master of ceremonies for the 5th Denver, Colorado Mariachi Festival 2005; in addition to that, Timoteo has performed on "Don Francisco Presenta" Sabado Gigante ',' EscandaloTV," "American Latino TV, "Latin Nation" among others.
