Comando Suicida was formed back in 1984 an started out playing Punk/OI! music. The band was formed by Sergito & Gallego who were the first Skinheads in Argentina. In 1987 the band recorder a 7" entitled Al K.O and wich featured thefollowing 4 songs: Me cago en la yuta, Grito Proletario, Carecas y Kaos of 4 Skins. In 1988 the band partcipated in a Punk/OI! compilation called Invasion 88 with other Punk bands such as Defensa y Justicia, Rigidez Cadaverica, Ataque 77, Flema. The two Comando Suicida songs featured on that compilation are Ultimo Recurso (Last Resort) and Guacho Pulenta, the lasr song was dedicated to Fidel Nadal singer of Todos tus muertos (a sickening rasta band). Little by little the band's name got around and they participed in some Brazililian & German OI! (tape) compilations. In 1994 the band recorded for the Argentinean Sick Boy rec label. The first album Argentina Despierta (Argentina awake) showed an evolution in the bands music and lyrics as some of the bands members were militants in the MSN movement. Shortly after the recording of this album, the band split-up. The last information on the band is that Sick Boy rec label will release a compilation with 18 songs (some previously unreleased ones) called Comando Suicida 1984-1996. The following have all at one time or another been band members: Chuchu Fassanelli ( future boss of Radio Tripoli record label), Tano, Chino (Ataque 77's guitarrist), Hari B (of the band Los Violadores). The last line up consisted of Sergito 'Anticristo' (vocals), Demian (Guitars), Eduardo 'El Gallego' (bass), Pablo (drums). Comando Suicida have also been featured in some zines, such as Abortux, Pure Impact from Belgium, Last Chance from England and the Madhouse's magazine. Al K.O was re-released in 1994 by Discos Milagros on a compilation CD called Simples, with Masacre Palestina and Furia incontrolable. The same label also re-released the Invasion 88 LP. Comando Suicida have always remained true to the most pure OI! music style, with a slight touch of Punk and Hardcore.
