Il 20 dicembre 2003 gli Effettoplacebo iniziano la loro carriera suonando a Prato alla presentazione della biografia dei Placebo edita da Arcana editore e da li parte un tour che continua a portare la band a suonare nei piu grandi live club di tutta Italia
Il 20/21 marzo 2004 gli Ep organizzano, in collaborazione con Placeboitalia, il primo "Placeboitaliaweekend", una 2 giorni con liveshow la sera e reunion dei fans all' auditoriumflog di Firenze il giorno seguente
Ad ottobre 2004 parte la settimana piu importante di tutta la carriera della band. Il 23 al Transilvanialive di Milano la band presenta in anteprima il singolo 20years dei Placebo, il 24 è ospite a Mtvsupersonic con i Placebo, il 25 a Trl i Placebo danno l' ufficialità alla band come unica tribute riconosciuta
Il 16 marzo 2006 in collaborazione con Radiorock e Virgin Italia la band viene incaricata di presentare in anteprima per l' Italia l' album "Meds" in un indimenticabile show al Qube di Roma dove regalano gadget e cd single in vece dei Placebo
Il 9 ottobre 2006 la band è di nuovo di scena al Transilvania di Milano e si esibisce dopo lo show dei Placebo al Mazdapalace in una nuova indimenticabile serata reunion per tutti i fans
Nei mesi di dicembre 2007 e maggio 2008 la band esce dai confini del paese per esibirsi in Turchia per la Neu&san promotions dove crea un gemellaggio tra le comunità italiane e quelle turche

On december 20th, 2003 Effettoplacebo start their career playing in Prato to the presentation of Placebo's biography published by Arcana editor, and from that a tour begins and keeps on moving the band to play in the biggest live club of all Italy.
On March 20/21, 2004 Ep organize, in cooperation with Placeboitalia, the first "Placeboitaliaweekend", 2 days of liveshows in the evening and reunion of the fans to the auditoriumflog of Florence the following day
In october 2004 begins the most important week of the whole band's career. On 23 to Transilvanialive, in Milan, the band presents in preview the Placebo's single 20 years, on 24 the band is a guest to Mtv Supersonic with Placebo, on 25 at Trl the band is officially recognized by Placebo as the only tribute
On March 16, 2006 in cooperation with Radiorock and Virgin Italia the band receives the task to present in preview for Italy the album "Meds" in an unforgettable show to the Qube of Rome, where they give gadget and single cds in Placebo's stead
On October 9th, 2006 the band is again on scene to the Transilvania of Milan and performs after the Placebo's show at Mazdapalace in a new memorable evening reunion for all the fans
In the months of December 2007 and may 2008 the band goes out of the limits of the country to perform in Turkey for Neu&san promotions, where creates a twinning between Italian and Turkish communities
