EDGE is a four piece rock band from Summerside PEI. Members include Moe Hashie on drums & vocals; Andy Gallant on bass & vocals; Jason Arsenault on lead guitar & vocals and Chris Ahern on lead vocals & guitar. The band formed in 1999, but the guys have actually been friends and played music together most of their lives. Their camaraderie and musical connection shines through onstage, thus they quickly became a local favourite playing clubs and special events.



In August 2005, EDGE released their debut CD entitled “REVELATION”. Their original music is both fresh and familiar, a product of numerous musical influences from classic rock anthems to modern day rock hooks. The CD has been well received by radio stations across the Maritimes and spawned three top 5 East Coast Countdown singles: “STAR”, “BACK 2 ME”, and the 1 single “I CAN’T SEE YOU”.



The band was a double winner at the 2006 Music PEI Awards Gala, taking home two trophies: “Entertainer of the Year” and “Weekend Warrior of the Year”. They are currently working on new material for their second CD, slated for a 2008 release.
