ENGLISH BIO



- Born on 12.10.1974 in Istanbul. She went to primary school in Ankara. Moving to Istanbul with her family afterwards, Ebru Günde had to discontinue her education due to financial impossibility.



- The quality of her voice was discovered at her early ages. One of their relatives took Ebru Günde and her mother Müjgan Kumartalolu to Nee Demirkat, a partner of Raks Nee Müzik, then at the stage of foundation.



- Fascinated as she listened and expressing her desire to introduce this magnificent voice to Turkish people, Nee Demirkat delivered Ebru Günde into the hands of the well-known producer Koral Sarta and of Selçuk Tekay.



- Koral Sarta asked Ebru Günde to sing behind Emel Sayn, so that she could have stage experience. Günde sang behind Sayn for a month and had her first stage experience.



- Afterwards, her debut album, Tanr Misafiri, was released in 1994. For those who listened to this song, first introduced by Ajda Pekkan, by Ebru Günde voice and technique, it was not difficult to embrace her. People who then thought what a strong voice from such a small body admired her more and more every day.



- Proving her permanence in the music industry with her debut, Ebru Günde sold 1.250.000 albums.



- Günde suddenly fell like a bomb on Turkey, whose success was riveted with her second album Tatl Bela.



- Her third album Ben Daha Büyümedim was another success following her previous albums.



- Her fourth album was titled Kurtlar Sofras.



- Fifth was titled Sen Allahn Bir Lütfusun.



- Her sixth album Dön Ne Olur is among the top sellers these days.



- During the introduction of Dön Ne Olur to the press, Ebru Günde had a serious sickness. She was hospitalized on December 1, 1999 upon the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage and had 2 heavy operations. She was discharged from hospital on December 16, 1999.



- In her seventh album in 2001, AHDIM OLSUN, Ebru Günde worked with the best lyricists, composers and arrangers of Turkey, again placing herself in the agenda of the music markets with the quality and circulation of the album.



- In 2003, she released the album titled AHANE. Günde reached her previous success and sales figures with her eighth album, rightfully proud of this outcome.



- And now Günde has returned with her latest album BIZE DE BU YAKIIR, stating that she is living the most productive days of her career and working with all her might.

- Küçük yalarda sesinin güzellii çevresindekilerce farkedildi. Daha sonra bir yaknlar, o sralar kurulma aamasnda olan Raks Nee Müzik`in orta Nee Demirkat`a Ebru GÜNDE ve annesi Müjgan Kumartalolu`nu götürerek görütürdü.



- Dinledii ilk an büyüleyen ve bu muhteem sesi Türk halknn beenisine sunmak istediini söyleen Nee Demirkat, Ebru GÜNDE`i ünlü prodüktör Koral Sarta ve Selçuk Tekay`n profesyonel ellerine teslim etti.



- Koral Sarta, sahne tecrübesi kazanmas için Ebru GÜNDE`in Emel Sayn`a vokal yapmasn istedi. Sayn`a bir ay vokal yapan GÜNDE, ilk sahne deneyimini böylelikle yaam oldu.



- Bu gelimeleri takiben 1994 ylnda ilk albümü "Tanr Misafiri" çkt. Ajda Pekkan`n seslendirdii bu arky Ebru GÜNDE`in sesi ve yorumuyla dinleyenler onu benimsemekte güçlük çekmediler. Ve o günlerde "Bu kadar küçük bedenden, böylesine kuvvetli bir ses nasl çkar" diyenlerin hayranlklar her geçen gün daha da artt.



- Ilk albümüyle müzik piyayasndaki kalcln ispat eden Ebru GÜNDE 1.250.000`lik bir traj elde etti.



- Bir anda Türkiye`nin gündeminde bomba gibi patlayan GÜNDE`in bu baars ikinci albümü "Tatl Bela" ile iyice perçinlendi.



- Daha sonra üçüncü albümü "Ben Daha Büyümedim" dier çalmalarn takip eden baarl bir albüm oldu.



- Dördüncü albümü "Kurtlar Sofras".



- Beinci albümü "Sen Allah`n Bir Lutfusun".



- Altnc albümü "Dön Ne Olur" ile müzik marketlerdeki yerini alan Ebru GÜNDE`in bu çalmas son dönemin en iyi satan albümleri arasnda yer almaktadr.



- "Dön Ne Olur" albümünün basn tantm srasnda elim bir rahatszlk geçiren Ebru GÜNDE, 1 Aralk 1999 günü beyin kanamas tehisiyle yatt hasnede 2 ciddi ameliyat geçirerek 16 Aralk 1999 günü taburcu oldu.



- 2001 ylnda çkard yedinci; Ahdm Olsun isimli albümünde Türkiye`nin en iyi söz yazarlar, bestecileri ve aranjörleriyle çalan Ebru GÜNDE albüm kalitesi ve trajyla müzik piyasasnn gündemine oturmay yine baarmt.



- 2003 ylnda ise ahane albümü sevenleriyle bulutu. Sekizinci albümüyle bugüne kadar elde ettii baary ve sat grafiini yakalayan GÜNDE`bunn hakl gururunu tad.



- Ve son albümü Bize de Bu Yakr ile müzik marketlerdeki yerini alan GÜNDE, kariyerinin en güzel ve verimli günlerini yaadn söylerek son hz çalmalarna devam ediyor.
