Team E&H "A band is like a team" - The 'Starting Five' (sometimes 6 or 7) gotta love ice hockey. Coming from Canada's arguably most "extreme" city (i.e.: cold, heat, music, arts), . chemistry, talent, a bit of ego, and a lot of heart and desire are the key ingredients to success. At this point, Team E&H isn't about to hit the showers anytime soon. In fact, their latest album Sirensong has taken them to new heights. E&H know the importance of putting in a full "game" effort and that they can't sit back on past success. Everyone’s gotta be working hard the full game if they want to make the playoffs. Bodner says, "We just go out every night and give it 110%." Fontaine echoes the same sentiments "Sure, E&H is a hard-working unit, but we hope that history books will one day show that E&H not only had heart, desire, and talent but what motivates us the most is having some "good old-fashioned fun" night after night.
