The band DYTIKES SINOIKIES was made in Thessalonica Greece in April 1996. Their name emanates and it is reported in the western sector of city where the founding members grew, live and create. The music that they play is characterized as melodic Greek Rock. Important moments of group are: the qualification and attendance in collection cd with the song “Tha valo ta dinata mou” magazine “Pop and Rock” in September 1998 for the 20 years of magazine. The first place in the competition of New Greek rock groups that became in March 1999 in the “MILL of” Thessalonica between 58 participating. the signature of contracts with the company Alpha Records and the circulation of first disk in July 2001 titled “Tis iridos ta chromata ”. From the cd they distinguished the songs “Kalokerina Rantevou” and “Pes mou giati” and became GOLD in sales in GREECE and CYPRUS two years afterwards, the summertime 2003. in December 2003 it circulates the second cd titled “Makria sou” with characteristic song Don Kichotis” and April 2005 the third cd titled “Rock gyni kai thalassa” In his first steps the group coexisted on scene with valorized artists and Greek Rock Artists as Demetrius Zerboydaki, Panteli Thalassino, Miltiadi Paschalidi, Michali Rakitzi,Xilina Spathia and Mple in various concerts. Later they followed original collaborations in programs of nightly shops with two known popular artists, Valanti in Athens and Vasilis Karras in Thessalonica, but also with artists of international ROCK of scene as with ERIC BURDON in concert in Thessalonica and with their DOKKEN in Chania. 6 in March 2007 it circulates double Live C.D titled “OLOI MAZI LIVE” 2 C.D. + 2 STUDIO” and it distinguishes brand new “Protasi gamou and Min Stamatas. The Band have been rewarded 2 times until now: Better group 2003 in “REWARDS [ARION]” and Better group 2003 in “ACADEMY KORFIATIKON of REWARDS” In June 2003 was granted in the members of group “GOLDEN DISK” for their sales in GREECE, and September 2003 “GOLDEN DISK” for their sales in CYPRUS.
