Getting in the mind of DWI is one of the most challenging task, he is not only business savvy but also the “thinking outside the box” was something factual about this man.
Before the creation of DaMatrixStudios, just like everyone else, DWI had a regular job which until now he reminisces like it was yesterday and he also influences others to continue on with their job while stabilizing their dreams. The saying “Don't throw away your old shoes until you have got new ones” is what he advocates. Conscious planning is always first and foremost to this man as in reality while working on your dreams you have expenses that must be paid. His regular job is what fueled his home-based business in covering his expenses. At some point, his time was greatly demanded and made the decision to fire his job and worked full time for himself. His talent and motivation is what lead him into becoming one of the pioneers of online broadcast network – known now as a radio with vision.
In 2007, DWI received an award “Most Influential Producer of the Year” which is upheld into its highest importance. Though receiving this award he remained humble and increased his influences to others. Originally, DWI is a record producer creating beats on MPC2000, his choice of industry weapon. To his recollection, the remarkable Jesse Jess of Urban Threshold founded him through an online production site known as garageband.com, once approached and a meeting was concreted then the history begun. His association with promo radio commenced under the mentorship of Jesse Jess. Along side with that experience, he pre-recorded radio shows and commercials for stations like Hot97 NY, Power95, XM and Sirius Radio. Most of the artists and personalities that DWI had worked and helped have now continued on with those medians, which he was very happy to be a part of.
DWI thinking outside the box had made DaMatrix Studios a home for all artists and also upcoming personalities to reach their dreams and goals. DaMatrix Studios is a home of not only RadioVision, Studio Producing but also a home for Live On Location coverages, Business & Broadcast Social Networking, Positive Community Influences and many more.
