Dustin Michael Smart
Started finding his love for music before he could walk. Self taught untill the age of 20 when he started to Study theory and Jazz in San Francisco, also studied for a short time with Berklee School of music working on a masters then dropped out to play live on the road. While touring with bands in England, and the states he started writting his second solo album " Self Proclaimed Genius" released in 2008. Working with Jason Bodlovich, and Alex Johnson the album held strong in the top 5 in the independent charts.
Recording, and playing live have been a constant passion over the past 14 years, with bands Hyjax, Driven, Spell Merchants, Motogruv, SmokeHouse Gamblers, and many other projects. Opening shows for major label bands, Radio, newspaper, television, Working namm shows, Teaching, and working in multi million dollar music studio's, dues have been paid. Endorssed by Kiso Klien guitars, Emg pickups, Ernie Ball, Sfarzo. Dustin uses Mesa Boogie gear, Fender, and PRS guitars.
