Drojo is a well-rounded and talented artists that not only possess new and innovative styles but also is blessed with business savvy and the natural-born ability to hustle - the stuff that they do not teach you at the university. What Drojo brings to the table is not limited to his lyrical ability - he has two of the most sought after producers signed to his label, he owns a chain of record stores, and he owns his own barber shop.



And he's done all of this independently.



Drojo has the talent, drive, and the ability to grind and hustle. He's also got the intelligence to understand business ventures and market strategies. And now that Drojo has teamed up with Street Science, the game is officially over.



Drojo comes from the rock bottom of Texas: an area that encompasses the area from Corpus Christi all the way down to the Rio Grande Valley. He proudly represents the new breed of rappers coming up who come from the streets and are exposed to all kinds of music. Drojo found his influence in a wide variety of music: Jay Z, Pac, DJ Screw, Wu Tang, G Dep, Cash Money and 90's grunge rock. "I listen to real shit."



Growing up in Corpus Christi, TX, Drojo started out in the music scene apart of his hood click, "Yung Trillz" and quickly started the Rock Bottom Family label. "My purpose was to make real music that people feel, not just hear. I want to be a role model for that youth coming up from the hood and remind them that even 2-time felons can be successful."



Drojo's rhyming style is unique and filled with hard punch lines and crazy word play - characteristics that help to highlight his lyrical ability. That talent along with his ability to grind has quickly propelled him on his way to the top of underground ranks. This was proven with his recent nomination as SEA's Rookie of the Year.

"I'm aiming to be a leader, a trendsetter and a mold breaker. I represent my streets. My music is grimy, you can always expect my music to be intense, 'cause my feeling towards the issues I speak on are intense. I feel we need intensity in our lives to put a spotlight on what's important."



But Drojo is far from just being a rookie. Not only does he have over four titles under his belt, he has worked with his Rock Bottom family to develop several business ventures. These ventures include a newly developed clothing line by the name of Grimey Limey, his own barber shop, an exclusive deal on a new local club and the addition of another retail store thus creating a new chain of "The Official Hook Up" stores.

"Like I always say: 'If you ain't makin' money while you sleep .You ain't makin' money '", says Drojo when referring to his family's empire.
