The good Doctor Horsemachine had quite a large supply of musical material rumbling around inside of his cranium but lacked the ability to extrude it. Then on a spooky night while searching the Radisson Hotel for Slash, Doctor Horsemachine appeared and talked with Trail Boss, Expired, and Corpsehouse instructing them to delve within his vile Horse-brain and reap the benefits of his delightful tunes. And thus the band that was born is none other than The Moneynotes, a rough and tumble group of merchants, sailors and professionals. With the addition of Rocket, Norge, and The King they would be nigh invulnerable. And then everything changed.
A young man, known only as Mid Chocolate, not to be confused with Mint Chocolate, decided that his vocal talents, and song writing abilities could be helpful to The Moneynotes. He worked his way through the ranks quite quickly, and became a full time member before his next birthday did arrive. After the release of their first E.P., a letter from the Doctor summoned Corpsehouse away on a special mission shrouded in secrecy. Without their beloved bass player, surely they were lost. That is, until Proud Ric Finn filled the role with his size fifteen sneakers. The new member drenched each song with such wonderful bass that he was instantly accepted into the fold. Filled with a new fury for their craft, the band marched forth, and placed their collective foot on the next rung of the ladder
