GGS (Gutta Grind Squad) Entertainment is a brand representing the come up of Individuals who refuse to let the odds determine the strength of their drive to reach success. GGS Entertainment represents the struggle, the journey, and the potential an inspired individual has to turn there dreams into a reality!
DOX started GGS Entertainment in 2007 because he felt like there was no right company or management team that could understand his vision and because of that would misrepresent him. So in return he started his own brand!
GGS Entertainment focuses on the production of quality music as a whole; Beats, Rhymes, and real life. Our goal is to provide a different image in media displaying elegant, professional, intelligent, fashionably aware artist who put the hood first. The hood needs us to feed it not take away from it, so we give back with our music, turning a negative to a positive. The hood is beautiful.

DOX a.k.a Young President of the Hood was originally born in Newark, New Jersey. DOX grew up living in a neighborhood infested with crack, where most growing up didn't have many chances becoming something more than what they were surrounded by.
Fortunately, DOX gravitated early on to music, specifically HIP HOP. Artist like Nas, DMX, and Jay-Z inspired DOX because he could relate so well to what they talked about;
DOX grew up in an abandon building, his step mother was addicted to crack, and his father worked most of the day to support the family he created. DOX had to be the man of the house at a very young age. All of the struggles and pains of the ghetto is what DOX speaks about in he's music; he basically paints the picture of his life on record!
Eventually DOX left his home with aspirations of becoming something more than what he was surrounded by. He ended up in Brooklyn, NY, and immediately started to build a reputation around his neighborhood releasing mixtapes. Presently DOX has earned the name Young President of the Hood because of what he represents. He believes whether things in his life are going bad or good; if he keeps a presidential attitude in his community he can accomplish anything.
DOX stated when interviewed by "http://www.ballerstatus.net" BALLERSTATUS.NET that he wants to change the image of the so called rapper and add a new status or prestige to his image. He calls himself the president of a forgotten area in society, because he wants people to view him as a positive representative of the Hood. Taking what most people look at as bad (the hood) and changing the image of it to positive! And I quote "I want people to use me as an example of what to aspire to be as a hip-hop artist".
DOX is determined to change the way minorities are being viewed through media. His songs speak of struggle, a realistic hustle, and the hunger that he has experienced. DOX has released 3 mix tapes independently entitled "Anthems 4 Tha Gutta VOL. 1" (Undeniable Music), "Anthems 4 Tha Gutta VOL. 2" (This Is A Movement), and most recently released "Anthems 4 Tha Gutta Vol. 3 " (Poverty!!) DOX has performed at some of the hottest spots in the New York including, T-NY, Canal Room, Sob's, Chocolate bar, and NY Perks to name a few. He has taken first place in most of the competitions he has performed in!

DOX says most of the managers he's dealt with never were able to do as much as he could do for himself, so he took it upon himself to be in charge of his own career.
DOX continues to grind hard and tear down shows making a name for himself in his circle as Young President Of The Hood earning the respect he deserves, paying dues like BILLS. Right now DOX is working on the fourth instillation to his incredible mix tape series entitled "United Streets Of America Vol. 1" (Ignorance Is bliss) The Street Album.
The next best thing to happen to HIP HOP. Simple and plain, DOX is a diamond in the rough, one in a million, the first to come, and last there will be. There is no other similar, G.G.S ALLDAY, EVERYDAY EARLY!
