With More then 15 years of blasting out death metal,

with his bandMALEVOLENT CREATION.



It took BRETT HOFFMANNgoing back home,to find himself

(Mind, Body and Soul) and to find his new band

~ DOWN THE DRAIN.



The Buffalo based bandwas formed in the winter of 2002

by CHRIS BENBENEK (guitar)andT.J. SUTO (guitar)

With a few line up changesover the next year and half.

A strong chemistry was formed with SHANE RIZZANO (drums)

and SCOTT O'DELL (bass).



So the search for a frontman was in order.



Scott knew Brettfrom back in the Malevolent days.

and that he was looking to play again.



After a few rehearsals,It was then thatBrett knew this was the band for him

and he could do what he has always been passionate about.

DOWN THE DRAIN is a American metal band

with elements of death-metal, thrash-metalandhard-core riffs.



The songs consist ofblistering lyrics,strong vocals,precise rhythms,endless groovesand massive guitar riffs.



It can be enjoyed by manyin boththe death metal or hard core world.

Brett has brought both energyanda sense of excitement to the band.



The songs have a passion about themthat can tear through you.
