Doses

Nate said to Chris in late 2001, "Let's start a shitty garage band." It was noisy. They both sang and played guitar. Paul played bass and Jake played drums in 2002. Shane played drums starting in 2003 and there was no bass until Joe showed up to play in 2004. Joe left, Paul came back for two shows, then Joe came back for awhile. Shortly after that, no bass, but Blake played third guitar and keyboards for a few shows. It was noisier. Jay played bass in summer in 2005 until he was replaced by Jeff.



The songs got better. We released two demos and and ep on Summersteps Handmade. Shane quit after a horrible show and we broke up.



Nate and Shane reformed the group in summer 2006. Jeff played bass again and the new drummer was named Jason. It was at it's noisiest with more metal. Jason fell of the map in fall '06 and Rob joined in on the kit (he even played guitar and sang some). Played our last show in fall 2007.



Now-



Nate is recording and playing in Das Black Milk. Chris is a teacher. Jay and Jake are in An Albatross. Shane is in Stone Baphomet. Rob started his own awesome group, Girls Galore, but also drums in the Green Chair and Das Black Milk. Jefferey has always been recording with his own project, the Marshmallow Staircase, and plays bass in Das Black Milk and Girls Galore as well. Confused? Me too! Scranton is incestuous, isn't it?
