Dominic “Domwan” Durham is no longer flying below the music industry’s radar. The multi-talented producer/musician is quickly becoming the creative go-to man for artists who want songs laced with the kind of lush, intricate, irresistible production that characterizes the work of this 26-year-old genius.



A quick glance at the list of artists and producers that he has worked with bears out the fact that Dominic Durham is definitely ‘next.’ Kanye West, Rodney Jerkins, Brandy, Joe Budden, Alicia Keys, CJ, N’Sync. Yolanda Adams, Tyra Banks, Ray j, Kyoung, Mos Def, Monica, Neo, EST, Mario, Lil Wayne, Kiley Dean, and Faith Evans are all among those who have worked with and/or sought out Durham.



A producer for the past two and a half years, Durham is a multi-instrumentalist who is proficient on the drums, keyboard and an array of other instruments. The Neptune, New Jersey native describes his sound as “innovative.” “To me music repeats itself,” he notes. “At this point I see that music is going back to the old sound, the old Motown sound. My stuff is innovative. It has different elements in it. I can play whatever. I really don’t have one particular sound.”



As a genre-bending producer, Durham works his magic in R&B, hip hop, gospel, alternative rock, pop and Latin pop. “I like a lot of different music. I can produce just about anything,” he offers.



As he prepares for the launch of his company, Domwan Entertainment (taken from his nickname, Durham says his priority now is not only creating strong music but building a strong foundation for his burgeoning enterprise as well. “I’m gonna go for a wide range of artists -- alternative, rap, R&B, everything. I’m gonna have it all. My goals right now are to establish a strong team so we can tackle a lot of genres and just touch the world with our music.”
