Doc Holiday is an R&B/soul singer/songwriter and a product of Detroit. He started performing in plays at age 6, but when he was introduced to a piano, he knew he had found his future. He flirts with piano, but has a love for his guitar like no other. He has a style that is all his own. His songs are lyrically driven in such a way that they flow like a conversation. Holiday says in his own words, Writing has always been my passion. My songs are mostly based on situations Ive encountered in my life. We all go through a lot of the same issues in relationships and love. So when people hear my music, they often tell me, they felt the same way or my ex told me the same thing. Im just telling the story of us all.

Holiday honed his skills at open mics all over the Detroit metropolitan area. He was a staple at the Key Club located in downtown Detroit. He has also been featured at several venues and festivals, and also at the University of Windsor. This afforded him the opportunity to make various industry contacts. These contacts led to him sharing the stage with several well known recording artists such as MC Lyte, Yolanda Adams, and Vivian Green.

Currently, Holiday is recording his first studio album which will be released late this year independently. His ultimate goal is a deal with a major record label. His sound is directly influenced by Coldplay, Corinne Bailey Rae, Marvin Gaye, and DAngelo to name a few. His debut album includes a song called, Cry which evokes emotion from even the most impenetrable surfaces. And on the melancholy Let it Go, Holiday shows his ability to cleverly place words that sound like a poem set to an acoustic guitar. His songs allow you travel on a melodic journey through every emotion. Doc Holiday is an underground artist that is rapidly approaching mainstream status. After seeing him perform live, most are convinced that this is what he was put here to do.
