Hello Friends,

THE BEGINNING 1965-1979

Trenton ,NJ is between NYC & Philly it's a small town but we hectic!!

I was born March 28,1965 in Trenton ,NJ grew up in West Trenton had hopes and dreams of becoming a NFL football player but that didn't pan out so I became a Dj.

I've been a hip hop dj the past 26 years. It was there that I learned to love the Hip Hop Music by going up to NYC and down to Philly spending summers with my aunts, uncles and many cousins thanks for raising me up and giving me knowledge But my biggest exposure to music is my mother I would sit in the front pew of our church as a child from sun up to sun down watching her play the piano I would beat on the tamborine .

1979 Undefeated Trenton Central High School Freshmen 6-0 I'm 56

About 17 years old with my boom box

This is What I Want To Do Years 1980-1986

After hearing Bronx style Hip Hop I was hooked for life. I would come back to Trenton and represent what I saw in New York so if ever the hip hop pioneer legends would come down they would be at home it took a minute but it caught on there were few that brought it to Trenton besides me and I give them much respect DJ's, MC's and crews like Dj Fatha Ramzee , Dj Speed, Dj Father Shahee , Dj Zaire, Dj D Magic ,Dj Juice , Dj Plexx , Dj Tony D, Dj L, Dj Swell, God Squad, Duke,Kevie Kev,Troy da Wonderboy and Pat Love from Philly aka Duke Productions ,Master Wee aka King Funk Disco, Psycotic Jet Muscles ,Tiny Tim, 007. But the Godfather is Dj Kenny"Trentons Kool Herc"Veal he had parties going on all over Trenton. The Mighty Mc's Johnny C & Brother Radee was my 1st mc's group Wize (PRT) and my dj crew The Def City Crew my cousin Joe " Rock The House Shock" Robinson & Mixmaster Kid a branch of the Capitol City Playboys And many more brothers and sister's.

In This Era I was Known As GrandWizard Dj Ready Red

Out of respect 4 Grand Wizzard Dj Theodore I stopped being the GrandWizard and became Dj Ready Red

Art Armstrong Bronx Promoter would book me were I worked Capitol Roller Rink 1985

The Capitol Roller Rink in South Trenton ,New Jersey was the spot after making some contacts Art Armstrong a Bronx promoter started bringing down shows through this I learned first hand from the Hip Hop Legends.

Cold Crush Bros ,Trecherous Three , Rockmaster Scott & The Dynamic Three , LL Cool J ,Mc Shan , Mikey Dee & The Symbolic 3 , Sparky D @ Dj Red Alert, Ready For The World ,The Showstopper's aka Salt n Pepa , Divine Sounds , Sweet Trio & Jazzy Joyce, Dj Whiz (rip) and many more

The Def City Crew Dj Mixx Kidd , Rock The House Shock & Me in booth @ The Capitol Roller Rink early 80's

My 1st Hip Hop Group The Mighty Mc's Prince Johnny C & Brother Radee

Before I left Trenton ,NJ I would spend alot time in New Brunswick & Plainfield, NJ because my girl moved away but went to see her without fail. I have very fond memories of the love that her mother, sisters and her one brother gave to me! Can't forget about her Aunt n Uncle and the two boys. I owe alot to them

I lost the best thing I ever had if I could go back to the exact time and never had a music career I would do it faster than lightning! Make sure if you want something you know what you may lose. And after 20 years I'm blessed to have her back in my life !
