Kevin Shiver P/K/A DJKJ is a Dance Music DJ and producer based out of Orlando Fl and the creator of the group "K5". The name K5 was derived from KJ's name and one of his first groups called Project 5 after KJ was looking for a new name of his latest project. The name K5 is also the classification for the brightest star in Astronomy. The group K5 was first introduced to the underground rave scene in 1993 when performing there first release Piano Rock which became Passion. K5 is an electronic dance group that successfully combined and played electronic music as a live band K5 headlined raves all over the country like the Zen Festivals. K5 was singed to Kram Records in 1995 and after selling 10,000 records of there first release Passion / Red Alert yes we sold records back in those days, K5 was signed to Robbins Ent / BMG for the U.S and Universal Records Germany and ISBA Records in Canada where collectively over one million sales were made world wide."Passion" & "Red Alert" also appeared in the Miramax Film "Chasing Amy". DJKJ and K5 have countless releases and remixes "KJ's Full Throttle remix of Passion", and a remix of the theme song from the 'Star Wars' movie episode one "The Phantom Menace".
