DJ ENME

London based DJ Enme started out djing in the 90's. In 97 he landed his 1st slot on pirate radio, starting out on Shadow Fm before joining Flight Fm 1015 with the likes of DJ Subzero & Funktion, Remino and more.
In that time he played at various venues in & around South East England from Leisure Lounge (Holborn) to Oceanas (formally Options).
Soon he began producing UK Garage from his flat with longtime friend & fellow producer Ryan Munroe (Kardinal Beats/Konvict Music).
He saw his 1st vinyl release in early 2000, a UK Garage EP on NW London based Label Alpha Magic, where he had 3 further releases (Find A Space/Love Battle/Vexed/Get The Party Started feat MC Crazy D)



This is where his passion for producing music began.
Over the next few years DJ Enme ran a recording studio & an internet radio station (Eletefm.co.uk) putting on regularly events in & around South London (Urban Flavaz/Pitch Black).
From there DJ Enme's focus turned to production including co-writing & recording the rap in JLS 's 2010 spring release "One Shot" which got to no. 7 in the UK charts. He simultaneously linked up with Dubstep producer Cotti & The Sumting New collective where he released 4 tracks including "Dem Bwoy" prod by Cotti, Enme & Crazy, "Terminator" prod by Enme & Crazy D, "Bad Bwoy" prod by Enme & Euby and "Showtime" ft Crazy D, seeing his music being supported worldwide by the likes of DJ Chef, EL-B, Rod Azlan, DJ Hatcha, EshOne plus more.



In this year he also linked up with Dubstep & UK music pioneer EL-B (Ghost Recordings & Groove Chronicles) working several projects including his debut E.P (Hustler E.P.) with Los Angeles based label LADN Recordings & his 1st solo release on Ghost Recordings ft long-time friend & UK vocalist Ether L Banks. He also remixed tracks for several artists including X Factor contestant James Bellamy.
2011/2012 DJ Enme put the work in having a string of releases as well as working with artists worldwide in both mainland Europe & the States. This time also saw DJ Enme perform around the UK & Europe including shows in The Netherlands (Haarlem & Amsterdam), Bournemouth, Leicester & London supporting the likes of DJ Muggs (Cypress Hill), Hatcha, DJ Chef, DJ279, MC Crazy D, EL-B, Rod Azlan, Plastician, Slumdogz plus more.



In the studio he has recently collaborated with MC Killa P, UK Reggae singer 2Nice, Fam Squad (Chicago), Ghost Recordings, DJ Raggs, Gumnaam plus more with involvement in some high profile releases planned for summer 2012.



DJ Enme is currently setting up his own business & beginning his role as label manager for a new Dubstep Label launching Spring/Summer 2012.



2012 will also see DJ Enme perform at his first festival in Newquay.
