DJ DEF-K est à proprement dit un enfant de la musique.
C'est tres tôt, aux cotés de DJ OBOne qu'il se prend de passion pour le mixe et le monde de la nuit parisienne, mais également qu'il travaille l'ensemble des rudiments lui permettant aujourd'hui d'ambiancer et transcender n'importe quels salle et public.
A bonne ecole, DJ DEF-K anciennement DJ 9.3 tire ses premières inspirations des célèbres compilations DOUBLE FACE et notamment des sets de son illustre mentor DJ GOLDFINGER.
Acharné de travail et cherchant a renouveler son style de manière perpétuelle,
DJ DEF-K à pour objectif de transmettre son energie naturel et son amour de la musique à travers ses mixes accrocheurs et éfficaces
Cest ainsi quil parvient, a force de talent, a déchainer les foules, tour a tour du SIX SEVEN, du GIBUS, du MONTECRISTO et j'en passe, afin de se façonner une solide réputation et un nom sur la capitale
Son talent ne s'arretant pas aux platines,cest accompagné du FAMILY SOUND ( Mouvement de chanteurs de différents horizons artistiques de la scene urbaine parisienne et des alentours), qu'il sort la PREMIERE Mixtape double CD HIPHOP/RNB et DANCEHALL mixé par ses propres soins et ceux de son acolyte DJ GRAV
ainsi que la PREMIERE Mixtape double CD HIPHOP et DANCEHALL francaise composée de morceaux inédits réalisés et enregistrés par leurs propres moyens.
Et enfin avec Icekoko son speaker, ils sortent tous les ans depuis 2007 leurs mixtapes spéciales saint valentin "Sextape 4 Lovers" et font rêver les filles avec.



Aujourd'hui il met de coté ses platines pour son synthétiseur et prépare un album avec son groupe de beatmaker (def&styl).
Cet album sera le résultat de toutes ces années passées dans le monde du hiphop. Affaire à suivre
DJ DEF-K is by definition a child prodigy.
His passion for mixing and for the Parisian nightlife started early on when working alongside DJ OBOne.
It was also at this time that he worked on the basic principles that have allowed him to set any nightclub and clientele on fire today.
DJ DEF-K, formerly known as DJ 9.3, was well-trained and was first inspired by DOUBLE FACE's famous compilations and notably by sets from his famous mentor, DJ GOLDFINGER.
Working relentlessly in perpertual search of renewing his style, DJ DEF-K's goal was to deliver his inner energy and his love for music through his addictive and efficient mixes.
Thus, it is how he came about stirring up the masses in clubs, one by one from SIX SEVEN, to River's King, to MONTECRISTO and, of course, many other renowned clubs.
It is how he set his mark and reputation in this capital city.
However, his talent goes beyond the turntables.
In 2004, he releases the first HIP HOP/RNB and DANCEHALL double CD mixtape, mixed by himself and his associate, DJ GRAV, and accompanied by FAMILY SOUND (an alliance of singers of various musical genres from Paris's urban scene and its outskirts).
In 2005 with his MC, Ice Koko, he releases the first Crunk mixtape, « Suck my Crunk » dedicated to Lil Jon's work.
Family Sound then produces an album composed by hip hop and rap artists, as well as beatmakers, urging DJ DEF-K and Ice Koko in 2006 to release a rap, dancehall and french raggae mixtape with unedited tracks with artists they have collaborated with.
In 2007, once again with Ice Koko, they release their conceptual Sextape 4 Lovers CD, a collection of RnB love tracks remixed for St Valentine's day.
In parallel, he works with emerging underground French rap artists on stage performances notably with groups or artists such as So Fresh Squad and Philemon.
Today he put aside his turntables for a synthesizer and preparing an album with his group beatmaker (def & styl).
This album is the result of all these years in the world of hiphop. Stay tuned
