Die 25 jährige Wahlwiesbadenerin ist seit 2006 ein fester Bestandteil der Clubszene Mitteldeutschlands. Nach ihren spektakulären Auftritten im Frankfurter Nightlife, wurde sie mit ihrer Veranstaltung »Linientreu« ein fester Teil des U60-311. Ihr flippiger, treibender Sound und die stilübergreifenden Überraschungen in Ihren Sets, die Sie selbst als »Ein Mut zum Sprung« bezeichnet, machen Ihre Sets zu einem einzigartigen, faszinierenden musikalischen Schauspiel der Extraklasse, welches die Partycrowd in pure Euphorie versetzt. Seit 2008 füllen regionale und internationalen Auftritte von Amsterdam bis Zürich ihren Timer.



Melane Cartier was born in Schmalkalden and has been interested in music since she was a lilgirl. When she was 4 years old, Melane started playinflute, but changed to classicguitar- and electronicguitar as soon as she went to school. After 3 years she started singing while playin guitar. As a 17-year-old, Miss Cartier went to her first parties in Eastern Germany. She looked over the shoulder of many other DeeJays and was very impressed about the way of making music that way.After school-leaving examination Melane settled over to the western part of germany and started her nurse education near Kassel, still fixed on by DeeJaying. So, with her first salary she got herself turntables, vinyls etc.pp and started DeeJaying in 2003, playing funkyhouse and hiphop. She was so fascinated how to mix these styles. Every week she invited her friends, making her own private show "melanes new records". Her friends gave her clues to make things better. 2004 she produced her first mixcd named -"traumreise 2004" which was very successful and she was fast acquainted in Thüringen, Hessen, Niedersachsen and Sachsen- Anhalt. So things went their way: in 04s december she had her first gigs at the basementclub Bad Hersfeld. And Melane wouldnt stop to develope: In 2005, she switched her style to most minimal-techhouse-electronica vinyls mixed with several hiphop raps. One year

later, she met Sascha Common in the recordstore "Tonspektrum", they rummaged trough their recordcases and spinned some vinyls togehterAny vinyls later theyd realized that theirs stylez and skills just suited to each other, phenomenal!

So they established the "Colane DeejayTeam"! In the every same year they spinned @ Tom Roosters "MNML Castle". And Tom Rooster moved her up to one of the residentdeejays at MedusaClub! She coincided avowed deejays and spinned f.e. with Ziel 100, Toni Rios, Eric Decks etc.pp!

In a short space of time she was incorporated into frankfurts clubscene.

In 2008 she played plenty of times in the U60-311 Afterbuner, the Vinylbar and any other several clubs! Tom Rooster and Melane Cartier frequently mentioned as "Bonnie and Clyde of hessens technoidscene" had concluded to established the booking agency "Linientreu"! After a short run-up they had an eventarray at the U60-311 Afterburner in Frankfurtcity and international bookings in Amsterdam, Eygelshoven, Praque etc.pp! Things always seem to happen when you least expect them. Come and take pot luck!
