Hello, I'm Bob Cillo, a blues guitar player from Bari, southern Italy and here's my latest project, the "Dirty Trainload".
What's worth mentioning? Is there something that I'm interested to tell and you are actually interested to hear? Let's see a possible list of FAQ.

How does it work?
The Dirty Trainload feature a skinny two piece line-up: I basically manage my guitar, a bottleneck, a loop station and some old analog drum machines while italo-american singer "Noisance" (Livia Monteleone) from California does the rest. I also have frequent collaborations with my friends Marco Del Noce or Martino Palmisano or Alexander De Large, they also have gigged or recorderd by my side in many occasions. Vocals come mainly filtered through the harmonica's microphone while banjo, mean harp and live percussion work also take place in our set.
What do we play?
I'm a blues musician ever since I began more than 20 years ago and I love blues artists like John Lee Hooker, Lightnin' Hopkins, Hound Dog Taylor, R.L. Burnside, Junior Kimbrough, Mississippi Fred McDowell, Howlin' Wolf and Hubert Sumlin', or innovators like Alan Vega-Suicide, Gun Club-Jeffrey Lee Pierce and Stooges and I do believe that each everyone of them in some way influenced the music we are playing now.
What about our CD's?
In Fall 2007 we released "Rising Rust", our debut album. The reviewers spent plenty of kind words on it. The line up features Marco Del Noce on Vocals and Harp.
Our new album "Trashtown" is on the way. It has just been recorded and mixed and features Noisance.
Both works are produced by Fabio Magistrali and were recorded in his home. No editing work. No personal computer has been involved in writing, arranging, performing, recording and mixing. Awesome artwork by Benjamin Guedel from Zuerich, check his website www.guedel.biz or find him on myspace browsing in our top friends.
Anything making us go nuts?
Sure, getting called an "emerging band": we definitely are a submerged band.
Why are we in it?
Only for ourselves? Self-damaging behaviour? Yes, very likely that's the case but, after all, still we are mad enough to hope that someone out there could love the stuff we play the way we do.
Are we promising you something?
Yes of course, a trainload of dirty blues!
My Space policies
1. We hate tribute bands, those kind of "rock history" or "top ten" tribute bands especially. If you have one please keep away from here!
2. Please don't add us if you collect thousands of friends only to "become famous" or post silly comments with your picture on their pages; our page is not meant to be your showcase.
3. If you received a friendship request from us, that's why we meant to add YOU as our friend! Very likely we love what you are doing or thought that you may like our music! Daft?
4. No beautiful or sexy girl will be added here only because of her looks; if you just want to show your underwear your request is not welcome but, if you are around, your telephone number will!
5. We are not trying to speak like silly pop star wannabes (we are bluesmen, after all), but sometimes we really can't keep up all the friendship requests we are receiving the way we would like and so there's nothing personal if your request is not promptly accepted; please feel free to send a message!
6. Last but not least. This new myspace (facebook wannabe) is really crappy, we would be happy to bring back on our page what we really would want to deliver and not useless crap like "the Dirty Trainload wrote a comment on their aunt's profile".
