We have decided to end our adventure with THE dIPLOMAT for many different reasons which definitely are pointless to explain.



Thank you to all of the people who were sincere and honest enough to share our passion with us. New projects from some of the band members

can soon be expected.



This is the end, 'cause every start has an end.

OFFICIAL BIOGRAPHY

Every story has a start; the story of the dIPLOMAT is an exemplary one. It all starts in 2005 when Fabrice (vocals, guitars) and Sophie (bass) get together to build a powerful rock music with a strong identity but without complexes. Hiring tow additional musicians, the story goes on and the band gets interest from the audience right away.



In 2007, the dIPLOMAT play a stunning gig at Verdur Rock, where they win many prizes. The new sets at Dour Festival and at Les Nuits du Soir continue spreading the band’s reputation on stage. The audience grows larger.



You shall not be listen to the dIPLOMAT’s music while lying on your comfy couch or relaxing in your living room. You can hear glam rock shivers in their classy hymns. Their songs have bursting riffs and the rhythmic section is of a smashing kind. On top of that, Fabrice’s edgy voice flies like a blade. The band plays a back-to-basics rock music.



In 2007-2008, the dIPLOMAT record their debut album with Luc Van Acker and Peter Crosbie. October 08, Pascal joins in as new drummer. The diplomatic machine is on its way.
