Dinah Cancer and The Graver...

Dinah Cancer & the Grave Robber's is a collection of Punk, Metal, & Death-the songs of 45 GRAVE. This is the living tribute to 45 Grave, fronted by Dinah herself. This will be the closest incarnation of 45 Grave that fans will get in to see in their lifetime. Dinah is giving her fans what they asked for: One hour of the songs that they loved and grew up with. Let's meet the band:



Dinah Cancer-Vocals

Dinah started her musical career in 1979 and was a driving force in the early punk days. She helped form the scene, as illustrated in the book “California Hard-core.” She has played in such bands as Castration Squad, Vox Pop and the infamous 45 GRAVE. 45 Grave is best known for the "Partytime" track from the movie RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD.



Daniel De Leon: Guitar/Vocals

Daniel hails from Northern California. He started playing his music in the early 80's. In 1987, he moved to Oakland with his band the Insaints. He played with Calavera in 1994 and in 1996 joined The Deep Eynde and still currently plays with them. In 2002, he formed Lobo Negro and then joined DC & the Grave Robbers in 2004.



Lisa Pifer: Bass/Vocals

Lisa is a Los Angeles native who wrote her first song at age 7 on piano. She played with Snap-Her and Nina Hagen in 1995 and formed Lisafer in 1996. She has also been in U.X.A. and the Resistance. In 2001 she played with D.I. and performs on and off with Lisafer, and the Fag Hags. In 2004, Lisa joined Dinah Cancer & the Grave Robbers.



Hal Satan: Drums

Hal [ex-Penis Flytrap] comes from the bay area of California and has been playing drums since 1988. Hal finds time to work with other L.A. bands such as The Deep Eynde and Die Young and DJs at some of the more infamous underground clubs in Hollywood as D J NIGHTSTALKER.Northwest tour in Nov. The ghost of 45 Grave plays the end of the year shows!!
