Bio in brief



Dictaphone Blues are three lads that love a bit of a knees up and a tickle of clobber. Releasing their debut album through Universal in April 2009 they promptly sold out of the first run and received backslapping reviews from critics and fans alike. They have toured NZ several times and graced the stage memorably with Okkervil River, The New Pornographers, Liam Finn, Lawrence Arabia and Pains of Being Pure at Heart. Currently the band have decamped to an undisclosed location and are dealing in new levels of high gain fuzz and bowel moving oscillation whilst penning new material for release in the future.
