Desiree

Desiree, the R&B songstress and writer from Brooklyn, New York has entered the industry with drive and dedication. Singing is not considered her hobby, but her passion which she takes seriously. Desiree cites artists such as Mary J. Blige, Patti LaBelle, Anita Baker, Brandy, Aaliyah as inspirations.
The young and soulful R&B singer has taken part in numerous events. She started showcasing her talent through the Brooklyn Blizzards Youth Organization, where she was discovered. As her talent progressed, she then moved on to perform at the United Nations, Apollo Amateur Night, Madison Square Garden, as well as industry showcases and talent shows. Desiree was asked to make numerous radio and television appearances, and was also featured in WordUp Magazine.



Desiree's commitment to her talent is earning her raving reviews. Within her busy schedule she dedicates time for community service. She is involved at Power 105.1, where she is a part of the Flava Unit, organized by DJ Deja Vu. The Flava Unit does positive and charitable work for the communities. She also spend her time volunteering at Thrive DC, a nonprofit organization that works to prevent and end homelessness by providing vulnerable individuals with a comprehensive range of services to help stabilize their lives. Desiree's community and countless others support her hard work. Desiree is recording and doing extensive writing for herself and others in the Industry. Over the next few years, Desiree plans on taking part in learning and allowing her talent to excel in different directions in the music Industry.
